About us

The AI Tool Shelf is an independent guide to AI tools. New AI apps appear every week, and most of them promise the same things. Our goal is simple: explain what each tool is actually good at, who it is for, and where it falls short, in plain English.

We focus on tools that help creators, freelancers and small businesses get real work done: voiceovers, video editing, writing, design and everyday productivity.

We keep our pages updated, but AI tools change fast. Always check the official website for the latest features and prices.
